Its New Orleans...Sounds about right to me. They have no freakin clue whats going on. I guess if they sit at home waitin on a check Obama is their hero.

A little bit of both! Although BHO is slipping right now. I'm in Jefferson Parish and the Sheriff's helicopter has been flying out for the past three weeks providing distance to the oil slick to the Feds. Nothing has happened to stop or protect the shore line here by the Feds.....
