Jay what do you think
200 EFI
26 Quad Iv 6100 where the soft limiter is,
Prop even to maybe 1/8 below
ran out of smooth water is reason for not letting it climb more, probably a 3 mile run on the river Playing with the trim
Seemed I need to have it slighly overtrimmed to get to high 60's the a bump or two down and I picked up to the 74
3 people
3 skis set of combos and slalom in the nose
water, soda, and bag of ice in the livewell
full tank of gas
24 V troller, three batteries
anchor
buch of tools
What do you all think?
I think I am going to drop it an 1/8"
I think the 72 run I had the motor too high hence all the slip, but it was easier to drive, which help me get a feel for it.
Here it required more imput and less trim but faster and lower rpms
Probably gonna give up on speed setup for a while and start running the 24 ot4 to try to ski, gotta plug the lower unit some jack##$ put 6 1" holes in to try an pull a skiier, don't think I am getting any exhust to the prop, which is fine for running but not so much for skiing

Re: Jay what do you think
Where were the passengers sitting? If I put someone in the front next to the driver, The nose won't lift and I lose a lot of speed. If I have only one passenger, I put the bucket seat in the rear left hole, opposite the driver. If I have three people, I never go voer 50 or so.

Re: Jay what do you think
Thats not bad for that kind of load.
I'm coming up with 11% slip, dump that load and 80+ want be a problem.
